Meet Dorollo
Dorollo Nixon Jr., Esq.
Principal
Hi, my name is Dorollo and I’m a New York licensed attorney who maintains two national disability law practices - Social Security and Veterans Disability. I was born and raised in upstate New York, and my educational background includes a Bachelors of Arts degree in English Literature from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law (Newark). My legal practice has included complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, real estate conveyances, zoning disputes, regulatory advising and administrative law, and I frequently lecture on these topics.
I’m also a published author, gourmet, and a polyglot world traveler who loves sharing adventures with my wife and kids. I’m comfortable living in a small city with less than 50,000 or large metropolitan areas like London or Seoul. If you search carefully, you might find me wandering around a dusty flea market in Fez, lost in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, backpacking in southern Africa, rummaging in the basement of a Parisian bookstore, asleep on a train in Rajasthan, arguing a motion in federal court, singing in church, braaing with friends, or home with my family in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona.
I’ve been a member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA) and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) for several years.

Why Work With Me
First off, you need an attorney who can pull off a cowboy hat and make it look this good.
But seriously, in 2012 I started representing Social Security disability claimants who had been turned down. I have tried more than 2,000 cases. My clients typically suffered from various mental health, orthopedic, vascular, chronic, and congenital disorders, as well as from cancer.
By God's grace, I have won most of my cases.
Since 2016, when the Department of Veterans' Affairs accredited me as an attorney with privileges to practice before it, I have helped hundreds of veterans overcome one of the world's worst bureaucracies to win their entitled benefits.
Let me help you.
Family Life
My wife, Lyubov, and I moved with our sons and the dog to Arizona in 2020 to pursue greater freedom, economic opportunity, as well as pursuing our core values in this part of America. We are visionaries. We are passionate about Jesus and building community. We are passionate about fighting for the underdog. We are also passionate about living close to and respecting our natural environment. During the never-to-be-repeated lockdowns in 2020, we realized that we needed to move out West for our family and our future.
Since moving to Phoenix, we live much closer to nature. We spend time outdoors daily. We have launched new businesses (plural), including my law practice. We attend a good church. We have been embraced by our local community, and we enjoy helping it grow.
Both Lyubov and I look forward to the next chapter!
