Words alone can't express how grateful our family is that Mr. Nixon assisted with our disabled daughter's $24,000 Social Security Overpayment notices. We had always responded to all of the notices, but they kept coming demanding the monies. He guided us all of the way through the court system, which took a few months, but he did get it resolved and no monies were necessary to pay back the Social Security System. He always took our calls, listened intently, and assured us our daughter would get this resolved to her satisfaction. The final letter from the court judge clearly indicated no overpayment monies would be due and the case was closed! We cannot say enough how Mr. Nixon helped our daughter and gave relief to her and our family. His fees were simple, fair, and easy to understand and he is now considered part of our family. He is awesome and his expertise in getting this resolved was a God send.
